It was a conspiricy, that plane crash... cause he was so brilliant!

Country roads... Take me home... to the place... I beloooong!

Everytime I lay in my grandma's featherbed, I think about him so much.

I think he was murdered by The Man.

I am on a Rocky Mountain High just thinking about him. Thank God I'm just a country boy living with my Mountain Mama, crying when the sunshine gets in my eyes. He and Ricky Nelson as well as John F. Kennedy Jr. should have taken a Greyhound. I miss all three of them. But, John Neussendorfer died the way he lived. He took risks.

You're going to make me cry!

I know I will be in the minority here, but although I was saddened by his untimely demise, I found his music so sickly sweet that I could not stand hearing his songs. Give me ROCK 'N ROLL any day!

This is the only music my partner and I play in the bedroom for those special nights when he brings a new toy home.

alice cooper was on the muppet show...he was sooo cool.

I was twelve years old when first learned 'This Old Guitar.'

He was one of the reasons why I took up the guitar. He along with Jim Croce, James Taylor, Harry Chapin, and Gordon Lightfoot. That was a great generation of singer-songwriters. Ask an experienced acoustic player and they'll be the first to tell how complicated some of John's work can be. Listen to 'Eagle and Hawk' and you'll know he was one of the best tenors in American music.

Watching his 'The WILDLife Concert' was liking visiting with an old friend. I wish he were still with us. He had so much more to say, so much more to teach us.

He is sorely missed. A very talented man

Who doesn't miss him??he was a gifted musician.

RIP JD.

yes I do miss that "Rocky Mountain High"
