Help with song - acoustic opening, sounds like Coldplay, but not...?!
Question: Please help. Trying to find out who the artist and title of this song is. I first heard it on XM Radio, but can't find it anywhere else. The band sounds exactly like Coldplay, but it's not them. I heard it could be an Icelandic band, but I've done a lot of google lyric searching and research on Icelandic bands, and came up with nothing. Each time I thought I was close, it's not the song. It's a very nice, mellow song almost love song. Acoustic opener with a Coldplay type of influence. The song starts off with acoustics introduction, and then the lead singer starts.....Some of the lyrics go something like this...
"What are you doing? Where have I gone."
"My beautiful sun (or son?) what have I done?"
It's been a while since I last heard it because I don't have XM anymore, so the lyrics aren't fresh in my mind.
The key is the acoustic opener. Once I hear the song then I know it's it....but still have yet to find it. Anyone have any ideas?

It is Tenderfoot, Beautiful Son, it is NOT Eddie Vetter, and they are a band from Iceland.....

When I first heard "Beautiful Son" on Pandora, I stopped what I was doing and just listened. After it ended, I sat there a little stunned, taken in by Kalli's mournful refrain, "Where did you go? / What have you done? / My beautiful son / Where did you go? / What have I done?." This song holds the unusual distinction of being one of the five most played songs on my iPod in 2006, despite the fact that I downloaded it in early December.
