But he does a lot of appearances around his native Webster parish, Louisiana if what I've heard is still true

I remember seeing him as kid (I am 36yo) at a little local rodeo, back when you could see a fairly well known country singer with having to take out a loan. I absolutely LOVE country music and we used to go to alot of concerts (parents took me as a kid and I went quite abit as a young adult but in the last 10? yrs I just think ticket prices have went through the roof.
Back to Joe he was touring with Moe Bandy, when Moe's song 'Bandy the Rodeo Clown' was big.
