if you're pushin 30 years old....u mite be too old to start a rap career...like u said about Jay-z, KRS One, & Rakim, they're up in age, but they've been in the game 10, 15+ years, so they established a fan base, alot of their fans are people who grew up wit them...if u come in the game up in age, u gonna have to find away to connect w/ a different audience
23, about the same as modeling, acting, or any other part of the entertainment industry. Once you hit 30, you should have made your $$$ and be moving toward retirement.
