Immigrant Song--Live at the BBC version! It's got so much punch, for lack of a better term. Much more of an epic feeling than the studio version, which I find too soft to fit.

When the Levee Breaks.

Not only did it set the standard for playing and production of rock percussion, but it's simultaneously haunting and hopeful.
