Sean Carter - did a good job with Def & brought it to a new level (not too many artists leaving), 40/40 is pretty successful, plus all his endoresments like with HP. Combs seems to have lost his stamina when it comes to being business orientated, his marketing mix kinda sucks.

jay-z messed up rocafella. he had the strongest team before, and just like suge did with the row he got greedy or power hungry. he ditched dame and went solo, took the def jam presidency... look where it got him

jay-z is definitely one of the best artists.. but thats the reason for his success, coz of his records and his name. business wise though he is WACK
diddy is on of the worst rappers... but as a business man he stays on top of his game, thats why he hasnt faded into obscurity yet. when jay-z stops rappin, his name wont be selling anything anymore.

Hov hands down...I mean yeah Diddy is cool 2...but i aint feelin all the reality shows he did with the whole making the band thing...damn 4 making the bands and they all sucked!!! Hov got his hands in endorsements, basketball teams, and i heard he's planning on openeing a hotel according to an article that i read....damn!!!
