I guess i think it's trying to say a special place will come and soon all the bad and the really goods will go away. and after this has happen i will be okay.

waiting for something to reach- something beloved, the Kingdom(Paradise).
All the ups and downs of life vanish.
Once reached, after a while she/he would be fine.
Would be fine-sfe, sound and blissful
