Question: What Frampton Comes Alive album is better to have, the original or the 25th anniversary? Is there a big difference if I get one instead of the other?

I would assume that for the 25th, they may have remastered it and really cleaned up the sound
I dont know but I have seen him live in concert twice in the past year and he ROCKS!
The only song on the album worth listening to is "Do You Feel Like We Do?"

All I have is the double LP I got when I was 10. Don't mess with perfection.
I really don't know but I remember when Frampton came alive in front of me at this nice little piano bar in an upscale hotel where I was vacationing. He had just finished performing at a concert and the group was getting ready to retire for the night when he and his group spotted me, my girlfriend, and 2 other girls visiting me at the hotel bar. We were the only ones in the bar. The whole Frampton group and my group just had a party till the wee hours of the night. Boy, was that a night when Framptom came alive.
Dig the original. It rocks. And was really his last good record.
I have the original and it sounds great. However,as was stated the 25th anniversary might be a bit cleaned up and crisper sounding.

I got the orginal many moons ago,Imoa live recordings are the best. You capture more of the "soul" of the music, Recording studio`s it out.That`s why, when you hear someone live, it`s so much better. Do you ,you feel like I do.
