Does anyone know the 3 chords to Mike Birbiglia's "Guitar Guy" son!
Question: Because i would like to play it for laughs.
Answers: Because i would like to play it for laughs.
Actually, it's four chords, but predominantly three.
G, C and Em are the primary chords.
He holds the G and D notes (third frets on 1st and 2nd strings) throughout, which turns the C into a Cadd9 and the Em into Em7.
At the bridge, he plays his fourth chord -- a D.
BTW, it's a funny bit. I have to admit to being that guitar guy once or twice in my past.
Hope this helps. Rock on!
