For me, it's a toss-up between The White Album & Revolver.
White album is so diverse. Something for everyone on it. Revolver has hints of the up-coming psychedelic era, w/o dripping with it.

There are other favourites of mine I would have liked to add,
but there are quite a few of them!
Their best song is a toss-up for me between "Blackbird" and "Mother Nature's Son". Both songs show a great deal of complexity in their simplicity, if that makes sense.
My favorite album is The White Album - I love the range it has.
