If you've already got the picture saved on your computer just right click on the song's name and select the tab that says 'Get Info'. At the end of the window there should be another tab that says 'Artwork', just click the little add button underneath it and all will be good.
Or if you have an iTunes account you could just right click and select 'Get Album Artwork' and it'll automatically load onto the song.
