well since I don't know every album that was released in 2008 I can not say. What I can say is that I'm sure there is some album, somewhere out there no one has heard of, but is the biggest pile of crap you'll ever hear. However since it sucks you will never wind up hearing it on the radio or anything, and never know about it.
