Listen to this?!

Question: http://audio.xanga.com/myvocalmusings44/...

... My friend and I are having a bit of an argument over it.
The singer didn't know the song at the time, we can't decide if we like it or not.

I won't take sides picking answers, promise!

Thanks!!

And just a disclaimer the beginning of the clip is the worst part so keep movin through it. :]

Is it you??

Honest opinion, its always hard to sing a song to the tune of the singer. Some peple do better singing when they stick within their range. I think its a great voice, but just needs to sing the song in a deeper jazzy tone. Stick with going deeper on the higher notes, rather than higher. With going higher and the type of voice im hearing, the notes dont work. Stick to jazzy and deeper, and it will be amazing. Try to sing it not listening to the other song, and going by what you know.. try to sing it by how you feel.

hope that helped, honest opinion. ;)

Is that not a really really bad version of Timbaland - Apologize?
I like HIS version...

I dont really like it ..the singer needs some more lessons and because there is no back ground music it's really not good. You have to have an amazing voice to sing acapella ... so No not good.
