I know that there are alot of more bands that i have not heard of yet and are there any other bands that are really famous and i have not heard of yet. Thank You, Who ever answers gets 10 points.

Check out Alice Cooper. Anything up through Welcome To My Nightmare is fantastic, but you might want to stick to the early stuff first because it packs the biggest punch. Killer and Love It To Death are both wonderful albums.

If you like that then in a similar vein you should look into the New York Dolls original two albums, probably in order, and then maybe the original Stooges albums, although you might start with Raw Power for the Stooges because that's the best one for new listeners to start on.

If you like the Misfits then look into the Ramones as well. You might not get the connection right away, but if you like the Misfits early songs heavy in melody with cool guitar riffs then the Ramones should please you too. I'd start with Rocket To Russia or Road To Ruin, then Leave Home and Ramones.

Or if you like the misfits you should get the album Milo Goes To College by The Descendents. The same kind of cool catchy guitars and vocals.

If you like Nirvana, try looking into the Hives. It's not exactly similar, but if you like that brand of loud dirty guitars you should like the Hives. Look for the songs "Hate To Say I Told You So" and "Automatic Schmuck".

And if you like the Who and The Beatles the next logical step is the Kinks.
