Iron Maiden have had member changes but they never broke up or stopped making music. This is tough because most great old bands have broken up at some point.

The Cult they have been on hiatus a few times but they always come back.
Cheap Trick! One of the best (and most underated bands) in American rock history. over 30 years together and still going strong.
Alot of the 80/90's bands are still together and tour pretty frequently: Cinderella, Poison, Slaughter, Tesla, Skid Row, Aerosmith, AC/DC... too many to mention
green day? if you like that kind.. they pretty big.
