Well the Beatles did have "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds". Take the capiltal letters from the song for the answer.
There must be some but most lyrics are written by the song writters and most of them got their ideas while in a bar.
I dont think Roy Acuff's band ever got high , or The Drifting Cowboys - Hank Williams band

so what if they did get high while they wrote their music. it's their music and they were some of the biggest contributors to that era of rock n roll. it's our job to laugh at the songs, and just groove along with the music.
Actually, CCR was a very straight band. No drinkin' or druggin'.
