I'm not sure Fender does, but I kind of remember Gibson having a customizing thing on thier website. I might be wrong.

they do,but for a beautiful custom guitar that doesnt take a year to get,try PRS.they are a fantastic company, and i got mine in about three months.they are NOT CHEAP,though,so save your pennies.mine was $4700 when all was said and done. good luck to you. :0)
