alrighty girl heres the trick to this..ready? but follow these steps.CLeARLY..
1. go to http://www.videocodezone.com
2. click on the tab that says " video download" (top right corner/center)
3. copy and paste the code from YouTube where it says "video conversion from url"
Choose the output format to " iPOD mp4"
4. upload it
5. download it to your computer.
6. transfer vid. to Itunes
7. upload to iPod..
there you go! easy as 1,2,3
