Usually you can find alot of what you're looking for on blogs. Just google for example "the clash blogspot" and sift through and you'll see. Sometimes the band name will throw off the search if its common like clash and damned....but heres one example I got from "punk blogspot" http://punknotprofit.blogspot.com/ .....if you look, the album covers are .jpg's and there are download links (sometimes disguised or hard to find) such as 'rapidshare' or 'megaupload'. Also if you go down and look to the right at 'links', those are other blogs of the same nature.
Also, if you download, they are most likely .rar files, and need to be extracted, so if you have winrar or http://extractnow.com/ , extract the files and you'll have mp3's. (some are password protected too, passwords are usually found/noted on the blog site)
