Bert Weedon - he made millions through his 'Play in a day' books and was a technically awful guitarist (but at least, he could read music!.
He played on the same bill as John Miles once!. Miles went on to become Tina Turner's guitar player so you can imagine, he was pretty good while Bert looked like a clunker (well, he was)!.

most of today's younger guitarists suck!. there's hardly any exploiting of the instrument like the big guns did!. nowadays it's all about the markability of the song and the artist!. but my pet hate worst axeman of all time has to be DAVE NAVARRO!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Darling: just because they are not your style music don't sit there and call them talentless, when obviously they must have SOME talent in order to get a major record deal, otherwise the companies wouldn't invest their money into them!.
Any famous musician has talent in some shape or form, so i don't think that i could actually nominate a 'worst guitarist' since they can all obviously play their instrument well enough!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
