Question: Music is dying!!?
Music is more effective than most people think!. Back in the 1830's, Europe was all about music!. Stravinsky, Beethoven, Bach, they were the most famous people, but they never were fads!. Nowadays, the media is shoving all this music into people's heads, making them only like it for 5 minutes!. We don't appreciate music as much anymore, and there are some fads out there!. Plus, rap music!.!.!. Music gives a message to listeners, and those listeners today are the children!. The children are the future, and if the children are being poisoned by degrading music, than the future doesnt seem so bright!.

No, I completly disagree!. In all reality, music is DEAD!. It done died LONG TIME ago!. Nevermind 'dying', because saying that only inplies we could possibly have time to 'save' it!. Not to be a cynic, but we're beyong the point of no return, dontcha think!? Agree!?
Today, music is good for absolutely nothing but selling something and/or corrupting society!. There is little to no effort put into ANYTHING!. Anyone can compose a track without any knowledge whatsoever of what a chord is!.
You can't compare the music of Bach or Beethoven to this stuff today!. What they composed was science compared to the ABC-123 songs of today!. All music today is is mundane entertainment!. When was the last time you heard mainstream a song that actually had REAL INSTRUMENTS in it (besides to Amy Winehouse or Alicia Keys and potentially Joss Stone!?) A three note riff on a keyboard does NOT count!.
My genre of choice is R&B, yes, but there is nothing on my MP3 or computer released after 2000!.
