led zeppelin has always and will always be my favorite band of all time!. they didn't sell out, in fact, jimmy page hated rolling stone magazine because of some jerk who always dumped on their music, but he keeps on rocking because he loves it, and he is the most innovative guitarist of all time!. robert plant's voice makes me melt, the lyrics of led zeppelin are unlike any other!. there will never be another band like zep, there will never be a band that can even be compared to zep!.

artists who are ultimately Blues-based, and if you
listen to their albums, you begin to hear every
similarity and direct influence from, indeed,
the Stones, Eric, Aerosmith, Zeppelin, Elton, it just goes on!.
You can consider stretching the span and spectrum
from Melissa Ethridge, to Collective Soul, to the
White Stripes, who ultimately, are a Blues band!.!.!.

the only attraction i can really see for young kids is better music, which is a totally subjective matter!.!.!.that's why popular music changes over time
those guys you listed are all great, but with the possible exceptions of aerosmith and ac/dc and possibly bon jovi they are not well known among young kids because they don't have anything new to offer for the most part, in comparison to rappers and fake pop-punk bands who are young and relate better for young kids, and also create the music scene which is now popular!.!.!.it's hard to successfully fight the massesWww@Enter-QA@Com

my favorite classic rock bands are definitely Pink Floyd and Queen!. I used to be really into Led Zeppelin as well, but now not so much!. I think bands like RHCP, Muse, Smashing Pumpkins and some others will be "classic rock" to the next generation!.

Well im in a band and love all the names you listed above!.
What you must understand is the bands like muse, radiohead
and others are also making a difference this is our generation!.
I 100% agree that the 60s 70s and 80s was better than most of the garbage out now but thats why im in a band trying to change that bring something new to the table!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
