Interesting question!.!.!. I contend that she never 'dealt with it' or accepted it!.!.!. for god's sakes she died at 33 years old!. She definitely was a very depressed person and lived to excess and her drug was food!.!.!.!. though Im sure she partook in the other drugs as well!.

she knew how fat she was and from what I saw, she excepted it and dealt with it!. If the lyrics really bothered her, I truly believe she would have said something!.
