Guitarist out there, need some opinions, buzzing issues?!

Question: Guitarist out there, need some opinions, buzzing issues!?
okay, I have an Ibanez RG321MH with jumbo frets, a couple of weeks after I bought it I noticed a lot of buzzing around the 1st to 4th frets so I took to my repair guy and he said “probably some uneven frets lets do a file job (crown) whatever!. I get it back take it home and notice the string action is a mile high, but no more buzzing!. it was ridicules so I did a new set up myself and it’s just a little lower but in my opinion still kind of high, but there is still some buzzing here and there!. I haven’t had a guitar with jumbo frets in a while, is it just the inevitable that there’s going to be some buzzing with jumbo frets!?

WTF!? what do you think!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Ibanez does a great job on their guitars and I doubt if it was a fret problem!. Most likely the neck is warped!. take it to a QUALIFIED technician that is certified by Ibanez!. No jumbo frets do not = buzzing problems!. does it buzz when playing chords or just single note stuff!? Have you recently changed your strings!? or the gauge of strings!? do you only notice the problem when the guitar is unplugged or do you hear it when the guitar is plugged in!? Has the guitar recently been dropped or slid off of something, knocked off the stand!? do you hang it up, put it in case, leave it on stand or leaning against something!? all these are questions to help diagnose the problem!. If "your guy" didn't ask you any of these than he has no business filing frets!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Fret jobs should be a last resort, there is no going back from that!. Adjust the action as much as you can and make sure the neck is straight and true with the truss rod adjustment!. You wont get the lowest action with jumbo frets, but it should be at least enjoyable and easy to play!. The neck could be shot all together!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

might have to reset the action at the bridge, you guitar tech was plan wrong to set the actiom that high after you explained the problem to him, might also go with a lighter gauge string to dampen the buzz!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

take a screwdriver and slightly raise the bridge!. this will raise the strings and help with buzzing!. I did this with my guitar and and worked perfectlyWww@Enter-QA@Com

all I know is the more you mess with the truss rod, the worse things getWww@Enter-QA@Com
