John Bonham or Ringo Starr?!

Bonham, hands down!. Ringo (don't get me wrong, i worship the beatles,) didn't really have any great moments, 'cept the Golden Slumbers medley at the end of Abbey Road!. He could keep the beat ('cept when lennon had overdub, lol!.) The problem is, he didn't do anything more than keep the beat!. Bonham, on the other hand, revolutionized drumming, and even now he's one of the greatest drummers ever!. Everything he ever did shows immense skill and creativity, just listen to Rock n Roll, Black Dog, Stairway to Heaven, everything!. Neil Peart and Mike Portnoy are still the greatest though!. Listen to 2112 and Glass Prison for some truly great drumming!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

bonham!. of course!. rumor has it lennon redubbed the drums on several beatles albums because ringo couldn't hack it!. he did get better though- the golden slumbers/carry that weight medley on abbie road is an absolute classic moment in drumming and it is real ringo (i think)!. anyway, bonham was solid, for the genre anyway- i dont really think of him as an all time great but he definitely pioneered that early hard rock sound, ringo was iffy but got better!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
