Nirvana songs i heard, the verses and solos sound pretty dam alike huh!?

knowing what I know about writing, I think it's pretty rare the underlying riff is written to fit a solo!.
The answer is likely that they would run across a riff that sounded great, and when it came time to solo, they would revert back to the verse riff to write the solo having just come off a chorus!. The fact that most sounded like the verse melody i think was just kinda his style!.!.!.!.Solos are often one of the last concrete written parts of songs!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think the verses!. he just made the solos have the same melody as the lyrics in the verse!. but thats a good point, maybe the solos were made before the melody of the lyrics!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
