i think its either bagpipes or uilleann pipes they sound pretty similer but 1 has a slightly different drone!.

Gee, I thought it was my own personal set of Little Devils that gave ME TDs - but I did not even post - yeet - and all the RIGHT answers got TDs once again!. They're definitely Uilléann pipes!. Bagpipes are blown, wheras Uilléann pipes are squeezed under the arm to push air over the reeds in the pipes!.
