It was written about Nick Jonas' type 1 diabetes!. He was diagnosed in November of 2005, i think!. It was a big thing for him and his family!. He wrote the song explaining how the doctors aren't really sure how to cure it and what a setback it is to have type 1 diabetes!. But Nick Jonas still performs for all his fans that love him!. He helps kids that have diabetes too!. It was hard for his family at first but now they all take a part in making sure his blood sugar is right and keep him healthy so that he could keep doing what he loves!.
