Does a bad album cover ruin an otherwise good album?!

Yes it dose couse even if you got good music on you're cd the cover still needs atrack people to buy it
Am a artis and most of my demo covers have something to do with me or something aboute me on it !.

No, it does not ruin the music but from a marketing standpoint a bad cover will lead to consumers passing right over the record or cd because it does interest them enough to pick it up and look at it!. There used to be quite an emphasis on creativity and art in regards to an album cover but the technological switch from LP's to cassettes, and from cassettes to CD's has really shrunken down the size and the feel of a cover!.!.!. In the sixties and seventies the artwork was much more original and now there is just not the same size canvas to work on!.!.!.!. it does not hurt the music on the CD but a bad cover is a loss just the same!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not really!. Some Queen covers surprised me, and there are some that i just don't like (generally the late 80s ones, all the short hair!), though there aren't many, but it never ruins it for me!. Sometimes i just think "what the hell is on that album cover!?" but it never really affects me!.
