hi uh im a christian and i recently saw a commercial, and the song playing was devil town by bright eyes!.i was interested, so i looked them up on google, myspace, and youtube!.i saw their lyrics, and some of them sound kind of!.!.!.different!.i was wondering, what is their religion(if any) and do you think their music is christian, the exact opposite, or in the middle!?please help me i lke their ,music but i dont know if its bad for me to listen!.!.!.please dont say"screw your religion they are awesome" or "the guy has a disablilty"because i have already googled them and know their story!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Conor Oberst is most likely a Christain, cuz in his album, I'm Wide Awake and It's Now, there's some references about God that seem to imply that he knows a lot about Christianity!.!.!.!.but yeah you can tell from the lyrics that Bright Eyes writes poetic honest stuff that helps cheer up people and just sounds nice to the ears!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
He [leader singer Conor Oberst] doesn't worship the devil so you don't need to worry about that!. What I like about his music the most is that it's almost like poetry (and he does write poetry in his lyrics)!. I have a good variety of music, but his is what I'd consider truly beautiful!.
