Cant remember the name of song or band?!

ITs a old song kinda soft rock or alternative i would say but the Only things i remember is that its a band and they are playing in the water and the lead singer is riding in a boat through the town!. (town looks like its been hit by a storm or something) but yea the guy is singing in the boat and through out the video he slowly gets older!. There are other ppl in the video like ppl he pulls out of the water or whatever i know this is a very vague description but if anyone has a clue to which video, song, or band im talkn bout it would be greatly appreciated Www@Enter-QA@Com
