Question: How to write your own music!?
i'm 13 and have been playing guitar and piano for a few years, i want to have a career in music but i can't write music! any suggestions!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

learn theory
start with scales, learn every note on the fretboard, and use those scale to phrase things out of guitar lines you like, then further develop it into your own piece!.
thats what i did, i cant write anyhting incredible yet, just started theory, but ive got a solid 2 songs down (no lyrics or percussion yet)Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's good to have a journal! Write down your thoughts and out of all that you can create lyrics!. It doesn't have to rhyme or be perfectly in sync!. Let it flow =]

Well don't get frustrated too easily because music is pretty hard to write for beginners!. Even for people who've been playing for a long time!.
Though I would recommend you learn from someone in person, this site is pretty helpful!.

Write what you feel about a certain topic, Personal or something else, its hard for beginners, but youll get betterWww@Enter-QA@Com
