What's the one band that everyone likes?
I personally have never met anyone who didn't like Led Zeppelin or AC/DC. I tend to like bands like U2 and Radiohead more but both have a lot of people who don't like them. What're some bands that are universally accepted for their awesomeness?
Answers: They're not my favourite band, but I have a feeling that REM are liked universally. sort of. I would've thought U2 myself, but you discounted that. I don't like AC/DC. Also, to the people saying Queen; Not completely true. I hate them with a passion. The Beatles, Elvis (even though he isnt a band), The Rolling Stones, The Monkees, and well that is all i can think of right now. I hate to break it to you, but I never have cared for Led Zeppelin...but don't worry I'm also the girl who doesn't like The Beatles.
BUT to answer your question, I think everyone likes The Eagles or Journey. There isn't one. I love AC/DC, my Mom hates them. I love Zeppelin, my kids don't. they love the Fray I think they suck.Tthere is no ONE band that EVERYBODY likes. The Beatles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Most people have No Idea that they are listening to a Beatles song!
They wrote sooo many, my 15 yr. old. has had many arguments with people that, that is a Beatle's song. I have loved them sense I was 4, and I will continue to love them! They fit so many age groups and they are timeless. Hmm... I was going to say AC/DC but I guess that was the obvious answer to begin with. If not them, and not the Beatles either because they too are obvious and some people don't like them, than I guess... System of a Down. Nobody who listens to rock hates those guys. I have met people who didn't like LZ ("They are tools of satan!") or AC/DC ("sick limey perverts!")
