Do you feel better after you eat what you have craved or do you regret it?


Is it good to eat what you crave?
Or good if you ignore it (that is, if it's an unhealthy craving)?


Answers: It really depends on what you crave for. Usually I regret it. I indulged the past three days, and I am about 20lbs bloated from all the sodium. Chances are, I gained 2 or 3 real pounds.
Back to the workout DVDs again. I just had pepperoni pizza and chocolate cake. Give in, then stay on the treadmill a little longer next week. I feel better, but only if I ate in moderation.

I was craving chocolate cake and the first couple bites were SOOOOO good. By the 5th bite though I was wishing I had stopped after 3. Is better ignore it. I regret it after I please myself i feel better usually crave more
