What kind of jail time can someone get for forgery or fraud?!
Question: It depends on the severity of the crime committed, it depends on their past criminal record and lifestyle, the DA and how much evidence they have, also their lawyer. A person can get anywhere from a slap on the wrist to a few years of jail time

10 years I think
is a big sentence
Depends on how big the forgery or fraud is I suppose
alot but mostly depends on how much it is too, im guessing it would be for money but you would get jail time no matter what
Forgery is considered a Class C Felony. It depends on how many counts of forgery. You can be sentenced up to 4 years in prison. However, the Court has the discretion to give you 2 years probation (or whatever the Court has in mind), restitution and community service with the stipulation that if restitution and community service aren't made within a certain amount of time as indicated by the Court, your a s s is going to prison to do the full extent of the sentence.
I think you should call a lawyer. ASAP!!
