I can't stand her either! As a musician, I think she is talented and unique but...I don't think she lives up to half of the hype surrounding her. As a person, I think she's a whiney screw-up. I know that sounds harsh but I watched the True Hollywood Story on E! about her. She didn't have a rough growing up or anything extremely tragic that might make her more likely to get into drug abuse. She simply decided to throw her life away and she doesn't even seem to care. She's a waste of talent as far as I can see.

NO! She's a jerk and don't like her music either. It sounds old, like that period between standards and rock. And she has the voice like her nose is stopped up. Her hit song says, "They tried to make me go to rehab. I said a-no-no-no." but she really needs to go to rehab.

I think as an artist she IS fresh and talented - sort of Janis Joplin meets Cyndi Lauper with a twist of Grace Slick.
She writes and does have a good and FRESH voice - she's troubled - but talented.
lol...I know I'm going to get thumbs down but I really like her. It just depends on what type of music you prefer. As a person? I don't know her personality. The media will make her out to be one thing when she maybe another. As far as her music I enjoy it very much! She's different and unique. Very versatile too. =] x
