OMG I know exactly what you mean, the boss gave me some stupid badge to wear with "employee of the month on it" just so happened that I "lost it" on my first day thankfully.
I'm way too awesome for the Employee of The Month award. That... or people just really don't like me.

Yes, when i was in high school and worked at the movie theater i got it all the time, i've since learned that it gets you nowhere and refuse to strive for anything more than a mediocre work ethic

yes is did last year September. I got a certificate and my name inscribed on this glass plaque. I even got a set of designer cufflinks. I felt like the biggest swot.
very... but then i got awesome dinner coupons too!! so.. it wasn't tht bad!
