no I always maintain a file for referring which also is password protected. for many accounts where you need to change passwords every 15 days you need to keep a record in some password protected excell file its worth it.

no I have a wonderful memory but because I don't want to fit unnecessary things into my brain I just made all my passwords for everything exactly the same.
yeah...I finally got fed up and changed them all to the same one so I don't forget anymore :]

Not anymore i now have 2 passwords one for most everyday things and another for private [banking,bills etc].i used to have all sorts of passwords i ended up forgetting which one was for which account now my new way is much simpler.
