In public, I rinse a paper towel in soap and water and wipe the bowl. Then dry it with toilet paper. Flush. Then add 3 layers of toilet paper on all 4 corners. I can finally enjoy my clean throne!

Don't forget to grab extra soap/water-soaked paper towels to wipe that tush. Dry toilet paper alone won't cut it, leaving you with an itchy feeling all day.
