Pardon me if this Answer is harsh, but this is one of my Official, Fed-up With Yahoo!'s Damn Breathers Answers (tm), so the tone's gonna be snippy, my apologies!.!.!.!.
Bring the dinosaurs back--with the condition that we get to drop them off in the climate *most fit* for their survival, and confine them there with heavy artillery!. ^_^
Meaning!.!.!.!.as long as we have access to "godzilla's" DNA, why not use it to pacify large chunks of the Middle East and/or Africa!? I know, sounds horrible, but the people there are senselessly butchering one another any damned way!.!.!.!.at least this way they're pre-occupied with something *besides* "The Great *Satan* !!11!!"
And, as has been mentioned, a small pack of Tyrannosaurs wouldn't last *so long* on a modern earth anyway, there aren't enough *large* prey species to sustain them!. Give it 20 years, they'll be goners, and a lot of the world's worst problems will be *solved* in the worst, most inhuman way possible!.
