Why should i have to pay for a copy of my insurance papers for my car?!
Question: Why should i have to pay for a copy of my insurance papers for my car!?
I never recieved my cover certificate!.!. i have called the company who want to charge me ￡25 for a copy of a certificate just because i havent recieved the one they originally sent!.!. how is that fair!.!.!. i am thinking of cancelling the policy as i dont have that spare right now and cant tax the car to drive without the certificate im so annoyed right now on tope of being told that i was laughed at by the guy on the phone when i said i didnt have the money how rude!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would ask to speak to the supervisor and put your views across in writing and send it to their complaints dept, be careful and read the small print on your policy as there might be a cancellation charge if you do decide to cancel itWww@Enter-QA@Com
