I should think around ￡100,000 based on ￡1000pa for poll tax over the next 40 years and the rest for drink drugs and loose women to occupy my time in the interim!. I have no other bills other than car related stuff and food so ￡60k would be loads!. I have lived the last five years on ￡28k which included a trip to S America ￡2!.5k, building a home <￡3k & an 85sq m workshop<￡4k, purchasing solar panels ￡1!.5k and a wind turbine <￡1k, buying a heap of toys, ie laptop, tools, stereo!. And of course generally living rather well albeit economically!. I have added a few hundred each year by doing odd jobs and trading a bit of scrap metal and a few surplus items and things I have made!.

I could possibly stop soon if I sold my house , (well, hah, maybe not now with everything going on)!. I am working towards that, but not in a terrible hurry!. I will need probably at least 300 k after everything is sold , besides my retirement, because I will be travelling and doing volunteer work!. But I have at least 3 things to take care of before that will happen anyway ;-) I would not need alot, because part of this would be some serious downsizing; I'd need enough to have the money making money (again, theoretically) so that I can fund some of these causes if necessary (not that I won't be bugging my friends for it , they already know that I will)Www@Enter-QA@Com
