Radio 1 8AM today (15th)?!

Question: Does anyone know what the website they where using.
It allowed you to input text and it would say it back to you using the same words but from Songs.

you know you can email the show via the web site for a direct answer from them,
also windows has a narrator program that will say anything on screen in speech you can even change the voice speed it up slow it down what ever you want
