Why is it that the cover of HOLLYOAKS does not include some chracters?!

Why is it that the cover of HOLLYOAKS does not include some chracters?
Why is it that Frankie, Jack, Amy's mum and dad and hannah's mum and dad are not on the cover?
Answers:
I think it is because, it is mainly the main characters, or maybe they didnt want to take part in it.
Seen as Hollyoaks is aimed at youngsters, they probably wanted to put the younger ones, more 'pretty' or something along those lines.
It is way better than the old one in my personal opinion, although they recieved numerous complaints.
or it may be that they change it once the other characters have big story lines, because russ and mercedes, jackie and tony, are on it, and have big story lines, same with amy and josh, e.t.c.
