I would like to know how does Bear Grylls (the host of the Man Vs Wild show) wipes his rectum & clean his hands after having a bowel movement in the wild outdoors?

He probably makes a hole in the ground and goes and for wiping he probably uses a wide-leaf. When I went camping that's what we had to do when we went on hikes.
