The Master can't die. See the classic Who series, especially the Ainley Master stories. He always comes back, he once said he was indestructible.
He's had several demises, including been burnt alive (by the hypocritical Doctor, no less), destroyed during the collapse of the Cheetah people planet and executed by the Daleks.
He shall return, the Doctor and the Master have to be in the cosmos.
