i think draper wont leave his wife either, not with losing his other girlfriend, but i think the wife knows he's doing something and will confront him with it. i don't think Campbell will leave the company he takes alot of pride in trying to make drapers life a pain. i think things will get thick for draper and he'll either breakdown or run. the thing that gets me is that why havent they should him look in the package his brother sent him, he had to feel some remorse for his brothers suicide.
