you can watch Hannah Montana episodes at you tube.com but it is a little hard to find. You can download the episodes at

at http://hannahmontana.net/ this is what you do,
click on media then on downloads, next click on hannah montana episodes, and then you can pick whatever episode you want to download and click savefile and download.
at http://www.mileyfans.net/ this is what you do,
click on media then on video, next click on hannah montana, click on season 1 or 2 and then you can pick whatever episode you want to download and click
