I missed two episodes of Damages, WHAT HAPPENED TO FISK?!

george moore had pics of fisk with gregory & proof that he was guilty of insider trading. when ellen went to meet moore, he was dead so she took the evidence. they (ellen & patti) used that to blackmail fisk into settling. then fisk got the letter from gregory saying he made a tape to explain everything. fisk's office also assigned him a "babysitter" in the case. all that compounded & fisk called frobisher to tell him it was over. i guess the idea of his career falling apart, the guilt over what he did to gregory & his future as a criminal got to him & he killed himself in front of patti as a final 'screw you' to her.
patti's son isn't a part of anything yet.
frobisher's guys (the one with the glasses & beard) killed david looking for the tape. that guy ends up being a COP!
we assume that frobisher's guys couldn't find the tape at ellen's & went to patti's to find it & that's how ellen got attacked, but it turns out PATTI set ellen up to get rid of her so she couldn't tell anyone about what they did to fisk. uncle pete let the guy who was changing a lightbulb in ellen's apt in & he attacked ellen then the doorman & uncle pete cleaned up the mess.
so now ellen & nye are in cahoots with the FBI investigating patti.
the old guy who was leaking info to frobisher got cut out of the $2billion settlement & since his life was ruined, he shot (we don't know if it was fatal) frobisher on his open land.
patti made a deal with the DA to get ellen off in exchange for the tape so she's off the hook.
can't wait til next season.
