ER episode guide.. help me catch up please!?!
Question: i watch ER every now and then. The show's official site is nothing but a mystery. Where is Luca these days? He married Abby, they have a baby, saw a few episodes after that.. and now all of a sudden Abby is an alchoholic and there is no sign or word of Luca. Now i'm hearing the characters might soon be off the show. ER changes characters too often. Can someone catch me up on things? Thanks in advance!!

Abbey has always been an alcoholic. She just goes to meetings and is magically better for long periods of time. She slips up every now and then and has to go back to meetings. She just started drinking again. Luca is in Croatia because his father has cancer and his brothers can't deal with it alone. Also his Dad's house is a mess and he is working on it. I didn't hear anything about him leaving.
Abbey started drinking when Joe fell at the playground and the nanny brought him in to the hospital. He hit his head and had a zillion tests.
Morris and the other guy...the black doc are taking boards, so they have been studying a lot.
The guy that played the guitar and liked Neela lost both his legs in his accident....the one where he walked out into the street in his drunken stupor. He's in the hospital somewhere recovering. Have yet to see his face, so he is probably off the show.
Oh, the blonde girl that Morris was dating is off on some island doing missionary work. I think she will come back.
